Cut the leek and onions into rings. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the smoked pork on each side for approx. 2 - 3 minutes. Toast the bread and place in the greased baking dish. Place the roasted meat on the bread slices.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat and stir-fry the leek and onions for about 4 minutes. Then deglaze with cream and milk and bring to the boil briefly. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Then distribute the vegetables over the meat.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes
