Cut the smoked pork chop into strips and fry briefly in a saucepan with the bacon. Stir in hot water, apple juice, vegetable stock and mustard and bring to the boil.
Add the mushrooms with their juice and the drained silver onions, thicken with the starch and season with sour cream and pepper.
Rösti corners or rice go very well with this. You can also serve the dish with pasta.
Variants: the silver onions can also be replaced with diced pickles (amount to taste). Or replace the apple juice with water, season with sweet paprika and add a little tomato paste. Possibly use more mustard.
