Instructions

  1. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Wash the apples, quarter them, cut out the core; Cut the apples into pieces and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the cutlets vigorously on both sides for 3 minutes, add the onion and apple pieces, continue to fry for approx. 5 minutes over a medium heat. Wash and chop the parsley. Remove the cutlets from the pan and keep warm; Deglaze the apple pieces with the cider and cream, stir in the mustard and parsley. Season well with salt and pepper and serve with the chop.
  3. Plus new potatoes!
