Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in the water in a saucepan.
  2. Chop the onion into small pieces. Heat the sesame oil. Add curry paste and sweat briefly. The amount of curry paste can be increased depending on your taste.
  3. Add onions and tuna and fry lightly. Deglaze with a dash of soy sauce. Stir in the cooked rice. Beat the egg and stir into the rice. Fry the rice with egg until cooked through.
