  1. Chop the onion, chop up the garlic and stir all the ingredients together. In order not to have any pieces in the sauce, I mix the mixture well again in the food processor (hand blender is sure to work too). The sauce should sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Then you can season it again as you like, depending on whether you want it a little sweeter or hotter.
