Kefir jelly with chocolate is an excellent combination of delicate milk and chocolate flavors. Such an airy two-layer dessert looks very interesting, it is easy to prepare and will certainly delight many sweet teeth!
Pour gelatin with 100 ml of cool water and leave for 10 minutes.
The gelatin should completely absorb the water and swell.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar to kefir. Then mix with a mixer until sugar dissolves.
Melt the gelatin in a water bath.
Pour gelatin into kefir in a thin stream, without ceasing to beat with a mixer. Then beat the kefir with gelatin with a mixer for a couple of minutes so that the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Divide the kefir mixture into two equal parts.
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath.
Gradually pour melted chocolate into one part of the kefir mixture and mix with a mixer.
Pour white kefir jelly into glasses or other suitable containers up to half and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to solidify.
As soon as the white jelly sets, add the chocolate jelly and put it in the refrigerator again for 30-40 minutes until it solidifies completely.
Ready-made kefir jelly with chocolate can be decorated with fresh/frozen berries or jam berries if desired.
