- Preheat the oven to 180 °, grease and dust a cup cake pan (28cm diameter).
- Mix the butter & sugar until foamy, add one egg after the other.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and cardamom together. Mix half of the mixture into the batter.
- Add the sour cream and vanilla, then stir in the remaining flour.
- Pour the dough into the mold and bake for about 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
- Tip: The cake tastes best when it is still lukewarm!
