Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine, sugar and egg until frothy. Grate and stir in the marzipan. Add kirsch. Mix in flour and baking powder and stir in. Mix a smooth batter.
  2. Roll out balls of approx. 3 cm in diameter from the dough, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press a hollow in the middle with the handle of a wooden spoon.
  3. Stir the jam until smooth and pour it into a freezer bag. Cut off a corner and fill the hollows with the jam.
  4. Bake the buns at 170 ° C in the preheated oven for approx. 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and serve dusted with icing sugar.
