Instructions

  1. Mix the milk with the guar gum. This works best with a milk frother. Then bring to the boil together with the konja circle and the erythritol.
  2. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. At the end, season with the flavdrops, cinnamon and erythritol.
