Ingredients

  • 200 g konja circle
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ guar gum
  • Flavdrops (vanilla flavor)
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk with the guar gum. This works best with a milk frother. Then bring to the boil together with the konja circle and the erythritol.
  2. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. At the end, season with the flavdrops, cinnamon and erythritol.
  3. Tastes pure or with fresh berries.
