Instructions

  1. Fry the onions in oil until translucent, add the meat, fry briefly, add water and salt, sweet paprika powder, plenty of ground pepper, cumin powder, plenty of garlic. Now simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Sliced carrots, simmer again for 30 minutes. Add paprika, parsley root and 2 spoons of hot paprika paste, briefly bring to the boil, then add the diced potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Tastes best cooked over an open fire!
