Wash the kidney beans well, drain them in a sieve and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Mix together with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Pre-roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and flatten the kidney beans with a simple glass so that small chips are created. If the kidney beans stick to the glass, carefully scrape off with a knife.
Finally, bake the small chips in the oven for another 15 minutes until crispy.
If the work with the flattening is too time-consuming, you can simply leave the kidney beans in the oven for the entire 30 minutes.
