Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the kiwis. Wash, core and dice the apple. Wash the grapes and cut them in half.
  2. Whisk the cornstarch with the water and sugar. Bring the fruit to the boil with the starch mixture while stirring. Fill into glasses and let cool.
  3. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Whisk the starch, sugar and tonka bean zest with the drink and then bring to the boil in the saucepan while stirring.
  4. Pour the sauce on the compote and serve.
