- Peel and dice the kiwis. Wash, core and dice the apple. Wash the grapes and cut them in half.
- Whisk the cornstarch with the water and sugar. Bring the fruit to the boil with the starch mixture while stirring. Fill into glasses and let cool.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce. Whisk the starch, sugar and tonka bean zest with the drink and then bring to the boil in the saucepan while stirring.
- Pour the sauce on the compote and serve.
