- Peel the kiwi and pear, cut into pieces, puree, mix with the preserving sugar and let the juice steep.
- Peel the banana, cut into slices, add and cook uncovered for about 6 minutes at 600 watts. Stir 1-2 times halfway through the cooking time.
- Pour the slightly cooled jam into small jars with screw caps. Close well.
- Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan and boil the glasses in the boiling water for about 15 minutes.
