Instructions

  1. Halve the kiwi, remove the pulp with a spoon or similar and cut into small cubes. Bring the water, sugar and lemon juice to the boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat, add the kiwi pieces, sprinkle in the semolina and simmer gently over a low heat for approx. 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the semolina is well swollen. Let the kiwi meal cool down completely.
  2. Then whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the kiwi semolina. Chill until ready to serve.
