Instructions

  1. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Cut off the tip of the peppers and let the liquid run off.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the peppers in it. Add the garlic slices and let them take on color. Make sure it doesn`t get too dark, otherwise the garlic will turn bitter. Remove from heat and drizzle with Robusta and the juice of half a lime. Then pour a pinch of salt over it.
  3. Tip: If possible, take even better olive oil and serve with bread to dip.
