Beat the schnitzel thinly, season with salt and pepper and top with raw ham. Steam the chopped onion in oil until translucent. Add chanterelles. Mix the eggs, chopped parsley, whipped cream and cheese and pour over the mushrooms. Stir and let set.
Spread this filling over the schnitzel. Fold these up and bread with flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Bake in oil until golden.
