Put the egg yolks in a large bowl. Grate the parmesan and add to the egg yolk.
Mix the parmesan and egg yolks with a good pinch of pepper. Cut the bacon into fine strips.
Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with well-salted water and leave the ham lightly in a pan or small saucepan with a sip of olive oil. Then add the ham to the egg and parmesan.
When the spaghetti is done cooked, add about 1/2 teaspoon of the pasta water to the bowl and mix with the egg yolk, pasmesan and bacon to make a sauce.
Now drain the spaghetti and add to the bowl. Now either swirl the whole thing with a spoon or simply with the bowl until everything is well distributed.
