Instructions

  1. Wash the cod fillet, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan, sweat the flour in it and deglaze with the milk and cream. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add the capers with juice, season with salt and pepper and let the cod cubes simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Rice tastes good with it.
