Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of pepper.
  2. Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes, cut into thin slices and simmer in the vegetable stock for about 15 minutes.
  3. Grease a baking dish. Layer the drained kohlrabi and potato slices and the minced meat in the baking dish.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (180 ° C fan oven).
  5. For the sauce, heat the butter in a saucepan and sweat the flour in it. Add milk and cream and stir vigorously so that there are no lumps. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer for a few minutes while stirring.
