Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- 750 g kohlrabi
- 800 g potato (s)
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 40 g butter
- 40 grams flour
- 200 g cream
- 400 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 100 g cheese, rated

- Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of pepper.
- Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes, cut into thin slices and simmer in the vegetable stock for about 15 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish. Layer the drained kohlrabi and potato slices and the minced meat in the baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (180 ° C fan oven).
- For the sauce, heat the butter in a saucepan and sweat the flour in it. Add milk and cream and stir vigorously so that there are no lumps. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer for a few minutes while stirring.
- Pour the sauce over the kohlrabi and potato mixture and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake the casserole in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- If you don`t like so much sauce, you can use half. We like a lot of sauce.
