Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips; Cut the kohlrabi and carrots into thin sticks about 2 cm long.
  2. Fry the chicken strips briefly in a coated large saucepan, season with a little salt and pepper, remove them from the saucepan and set aside.
  3. Now melt the tablespoon of butter in the same saucepan and sauté the kohlrabi and carrot sticks in it. After approx. 10 minutes dust the curry powder over it and sauté a little; Deglaze with the broth and lemon juice.
  4. Stir in the crème fraîche or cream cheese, chicken strips and finely chopped parsley and season the whole thing again with salt and pepper if necessary.
  5. Rice or pasta tastes very good with it.
