Peel and dice the carrots if necessary. Peel and dice the kohlrabi. Peel and dice the onion and garlic as well.
Sauté the onions in oil. Add the vegetables and garlic. Sauté briefly and then add water. You can add a little salt at this point. Now steam for 10 - 12 minutes until the vegetables have the desired firmness.
Meanwhile cut the herbs. Add the herbs to the finished vegetables and season to taste.
