Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Leave 2 tablespoon butter in a saucepan and sauté the kohlrabi strips in it. Then add the broth. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Melt the last 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan, sweat with flour and add this sweat to the kohlrabi. Bring to the boil and melt the processed cheese in it. Finally add the chopped herbs.
