Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Leave 2 tablespoon butter in a saucepan and sauté the kohlrabi strips in it. Then add the broth. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the last 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan, sweat with flour and add this sweat to the kohlrabi. Bring to the boil and melt the processed cheese in it. Finally add the chopped herbs.
  3. Potatoes go very well as a side dish.
