Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes or strips. Cook in lightly salted water.
Pour off the cooking water into a bowl and keep the kohlrabi warm.
Put the diced feta cheese in a saucepan with the milk and heat until the cheese has melted. Possibly Add a little more of the cooking water until the consistency is right.
Season to taste with pepper. Pour the sauce over the kohlrabi and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
