Ingredients
- 2 large kohlrabi
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 ml milk
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- Pepper White
- salt

- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes or strips. Cook in lightly salted water.
- Pour off the cooking water into a bowl and keep the kohlrabi warm.
- Put the diced feta cheese in a saucepan with the milk and heat until the cheese has melted. Possibly Add a little more of the cooking water until the consistency is right.
- Season to taste with pepper. Pour the sauce over the kohlrabi and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
