Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chop the kohlrabi leaves. Heat the oil in a saucepan and let the leaf strips touch. Deglaze with the vegetable milk and stir in the broth. Turn down the temperature and simmer for a few minutes with the lid closed. Stir it again and again so that the milk does not burn.
  2. Finally, froth the soup with a hand blender. Possibly salt as needed.
