Instructions

  1. Clean, peel and wash the kohlrabi, first cut into slices, then into narrow sticks.
  2. Melt the sugar in a pan until it is light brown, then add the butter and stir until the caramel has dissolved.
  3. Add the kohlrabi while dripping wet, stir in and cook covered for 20 minutes.
  4. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the chives into rolls and sprinkle over them.
