Ingredients
- 750 g kohlrabi
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 g butter
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch chives

- Clean, peel and wash the kohlrabi, first cut into slices, then into narrow sticks.
- Melt the sugar in a pan until it is light brown, then add the butter and stir until the caramel has dissolved.
- Add the kohlrabi while dripping wet, stir in and cook covered for 20 minutes.
- Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cut the chives into rolls and sprinkle over them.
