Grate the kohlrabi and carrots. Eight tomatoes. Cook the prawns in salted water for 5 minutes, strain and leave to cool.
For the marinade, finely chop the garlic clove and the Thai red chili peppers or puree in a blender. Mix with lime juice, brown sugar and fish sauce. Stir in the vegetables and prawns and let them steep.
Tip: If you don`t want it so spicy, take fewer chili peppers or even leave them out completely.
A refreshing salad for the summer.
The original is made with papaya instead of kohlrabi. Unfortunately papaya is very expensive here. You can also use green mango instead of kohlrabi.
