- Chop the schnitzel, pepper and drizzle with soy sauce, set aside.
- Clean the kohlrabi and cut into fine sticks.
- Heat 1 tablespoon clarified butter in a pan, fry the meat briefly all around. Take out of the pan.
- Heat the remaining clarified butter, fry the kohlrabi while stirring and turning. Deglaze with the broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the meat again, stir in the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.
