Instructions

  1. Chop the schnitzel, pepper and drizzle with soy sauce, set aside.
  2. Clean the kohlrabi and cut into fine sticks.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon clarified butter in a pan, fry the meat briefly all around. Take out of the pan.
  4. Heat the remaining clarified butter, fry the kohlrabi while stirring and turning. Deglaze with the broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the meat again, stir in the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Goes well with it: rice
