Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the kohlrabi, sauté in pear juice until soft (depending on your preference). Remove the kohlrabi from the stock.
  2. Let the brew boil down. Add the cream and butter and reduce a little more. Add salt, pepper and vinegar, bring to the boil once, then switch off the stove. Heat the kohlrabi in the stock, mix in the herbs.
