Ingredients
- 2 large kohlrabi
- 250 ml pear juice (no nectar!)
- 50 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon butter (or amount to taste)
- salt and pepper
- white wine vinegar or fruit vinegar
- some herbs your choice

- Peel and dice the kohlrabi, sauté in pear juice until soft (depending on your preference). Remove the kohlrabi from the stock.
- Let the brew boil down. Add the cream and butter and reduce a little more. Add salt, pepper and vinegar, bring to the boil once, then switch off the stove. Heat the kohlrabi in the stock, mix in the herbs.
