Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and cut the kohlrabi into sticks. Bring salted water to the boil, add the kohlrabi, cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan. Scatter in the flour and sweat lightly. 1/8 liter of kohlrabi water and pour on the cream. Bring all of this to a boil.
  3. Add processed cheese to the sauce and dissolve while stirring. Then season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar.
  4. Put the kohlrabi sticks in the sauce. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
