Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and grate it very finely. Peel and press the garlic. Mix a sauce with garlic, sugar, sesame oil, chilli flakes, soy sauce, mirin, lime zest and sesame and set aside.
  2. Sear the minced meat in peanut oil. Chop the shallot and grate the carrot finely. Add to the meat and sweat briefly.
  3. Pour the sauce over and stir well. Bend the lemongrass sprigs and place them in them. Continue frying on medium heat with the lid on for a few minutes. At the same time cut the spring onion into thin rings and stir in. Take out the lemongrass.
  4. Fried rice or couscous goes well with it.
