Cut the chicken breast fillets into pieces and soak in buttermilk with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Then turn in a breading of flour, baking powder, paprika powder, chili powder, salt, pepper and thyme. Then fry in portions.
For the sauce, bring the soy sauce, a small piece of ginger, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, honey and chili paste to the boil. Drizzle the sauce on the fried chicken.
