Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and marinate with the soy sauce, the chopped spring onions, the garlic, the chili paste (gochujang) and the chopped ginger for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the marinated meat over high heat while stirring. Add the water and the rest of the vegetables, stir-fry for another 5 - 10 minutes and season with soy sauce if necessary.
  3. CAUTION SHARP !!!
  4. If you are preparing this dish for the first time and cannot tolerate a lot of heat, you should perhaps use a little less of the hot ingredients and remove the seeds from fresh chilli peppers beforehand.
