Instructions

  1. Salt the beet or radish and let it steep for about 15 minutes, then squeeze it out well and rinse to remove the excess salt.
  2. Add garlic, spring onion, vinegar, sugar, pepper and possibly chilli and massage in with your hands.
  3. Pour into a pretty bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
