Instructions

  1. Heat the white wine with rock sugar and spices (but do not boil). Sieve and mix with the hot tea. Finally add the freshly squeezed lemon and orange juice.
  2. Serve very hot in punch glasses. Keep the punch hot in a cauldron on the rechaud.
