- 1 bottle white wine
- 200 g rock suar, brown
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 clove (s)
- 1 liter tea, black
- 0.25 liter ¼ rum
- 2 lemon (s), add the juice
- 2 orange (s), the juice it

- Heat the white wine with rock sugar and spices (but do not boil). Sieve and mix with the hot tea. Finally add the freshly squeezed lemon and orange juice.
- Serve very hot in punch glasses. Keep the punch hot in a cauldron on the rechaud.
