Cupcake “For Tea”

Ingredients

  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Flour – 250 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Baking dough – 1 teaspoon.
  • Raisins – 150 g
  • Dried apricots – 100 g
  • Black tea (strong) – 150 ml
  • Vanillin – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Boil the kettle. Brew strong tea. I recommend bergamot tea, it is very aromatic. Wash dried fruits and cut into cubes.
  2. In brewed hot tea, soak the raisins and dried apricots, cut into pieces. Leave for half an hour. Turn on the oven.
  3. Whisk eggs, butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  4. Pour in flour, baking powder, add chopped dried fruits and tea. Mix well.
  5. Grease the molds with oil. Transfer the dough to molds.
  6. Place the molds on a baking sheet and place on the middle shelf. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve warm or cold.
