Cinnamon Cupcake Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 250 g
  • Kefir – 200 g
  • Butter – 60 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 170 g
  • Vegetable oil – 65 ml
  • Ground nutmeg – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Baking dough – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vanillin – on the tip of a knife

  • For filling:
  • Sugar – 75 g
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.5-1 tbsp (to taste)

Cinnamon Cupcake Instructions

  1. Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  2. Combine ground cinnamon and sugar for the filling in a separate container.
  3. And mix.
  4. Melt the remaining butter and cool slightly.
  5. In a deep bowl, combine melted butter, egg, sugar, vegetable oil and vanillin.

  6. Beat a little until combined.
  7. Add kefir and mix.
  8. Add flour, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
  9. And mix until combined, do not interfere for a long time. We turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees.
  10. We spread half of the dough into the prepared form.
  11. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (3/4 of the total), spreading evenly over the entire surface.
  12. Spread out the remaining dough and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. We bake the cinnamon cake in the oven for about 55 minutes.
  13. Cool the cupcake a little in the form. Then we take it out of the mold, cut into portions and serve.
