Mix all ingredients together until a sticky but firm dough is formed. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Then fry in portions in hot oil (medium heat) until golden brown.
My personal tip: The mass is pretty firm. Simply put a blob of it in the hot pan with a tablespoon, wait a moment, turn it over and then press it flat with the spatula. It`s very easy and also super fast.
If you add more milk, then of course the consistency will liquefy and you can fry large pancakes / pancakes instead of the compact, small pancakes.
The whole thing is then eaten with applesauce or other fruits, with sugar and cinnamon or pure cold or warm.
