The first thing to do is to cook the pasta. If you`re new to Orzo: it`s a type of pasta that looks like large grains of rice. The pasta is cooked in lightly salted water for 10-12 minutes. It should still have bite. Then it is poured off and rinsed off with cold water. It will no longer cook like this and you can process it directly because it has already cooled down.
For the dressing, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper are mixed together.
In the next step, the pasta is first mixed with the dressing and finally the remaining ingredients are folded in. The feta cheese can just be easily crumbled.
