Add finely chopped greens to the eggs and mix well.
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
We spread the egg mass with herbs in a frying pan. Cover and cook the kyukyu with spinach, green onions, parsley and dill over low heat until the eggs are completely set, about 7-8 minutes.
Serve kukyu with fresh vegetables and sour cream on request.
