Kyukyu with Herbs (in a Pan)

An original and simple quick breakfast – kukyu with spinach, green onions, parsley and dill. The abundance of greens in this dish will not only saturate the body with vitamins in the morning, but will also cheer you up with its bright and unusual appearance.

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Fresh spinach – 100 g
  • Fresh parsley – 40 g
  • Fresh dill – 30 g
  • Green onions – 30 g
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products.
  2. We wash all the greens and chop finely.
  3. Break eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and pepper.
  4. Beat with a whisk.
  5. Add finely chopped greens to the eggs and mix well.
  6. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  7. We spread the egg mass with herbs in a frying pan. Cover and cook the kyukyu with spinach, green onions, parsley and dill over low heat until the eggs are completely set, about 7-8 minutes.
  8. Serve kukyu with fresh vegetables and sour cream on request. Enjoy your meal!
