  • 1 teaspoon wild garlic, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • spring onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons chives, freshly chopped or frozen

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together vigorously in a bowl. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. The longer the dip permeates, the more intense the taste becomes.
  2. The dip is ideal for potato wedges or with fresh baguette.
