- 400 g low-fat quark
- 4 egg (s)
- 150 g cheese, rated
- some Milk
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped, fresh
- 2 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls, fresh
- some thyme, fresh
- 6 basil leaves, fresh, finely chopped
