Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s), diced
  • 400 g beet (s), diced
  • 0.5 ½ white cabbage, cut into strips
  • 0.5 ½ savoy cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 400 g Cabanossi, sliced
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 ½ liters water

Instructions

  1. First the Cabanossi is fried with the onion. I don`t add any extra fat to the pan because the Cabanossi fat is enough. Then the other ingredients (up to the parsley) are added and steamed, then topped up with the water. Let the vegetables simmer for about 35 minutes and season well with the spices. Finally, I sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
