Ingredients
- 150 g beans, white
- 1 kg potato (s), roughly diced

- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch herbs / spices (Bouquet Garni)
- 1 part (s) duck (legs, wings, etc.)
- 1 pork knuckle (s), peeled

- 8 slices farmer`s bread (s), toasted and grated with garlic
Instructions
- Soak the beans overnight, pour away the soaking water.
- Add 3 liters of water, the bouquet garni, the peppered onion, duck and pork knuckle and cook for a good hour.
